Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Bhilai. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR policies, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Implement and ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance, salary processing, leave, and related HR inputs.
Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
Coordinate with department heads and team leads on manpower planning and HR requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports and provide management with relevant HR insights.
Support HR initiatives related to employee retention, workplace culture, and organizational development.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in HR Operations and Generalist HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and labour laws.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle employee grievances and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
HR certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or corporate environment.
