Description

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Process/Piping Drafting.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / Energy / Chemical projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and update PFDs, P&IDs, plot plans, and equipment layouts.
2. Develop and maintain line lists, tie-in lists, and equipment lists.
3. Maintain tag trackers (equipment tags, instrument tags, specialty item tags, valve tags, etc.).
4. Maintain drawing standards, symbols, and legends as per ISO/company standards.
5. Ensure tag consistency across P&IDs, datasheets, and line lists.
6. Incorporate engineering inputs and revisions in coordination with process engineers.
7. Perform self-checks and interdisciplinary checks (IDC) for quality assurance.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory) and exposure to 3D tools (SP3D/E3D).
• Familiarity with ISA S5.1 and ISO 10628 standards.
• Strong understanding of P&ID symbology and drafting conventions.
• Capability to interpret engineering intent into accurate drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and document control discipline.
