Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects from project kick-off to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation teams.
Manage clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, costs, quality, and timelines.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Review engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Conduct project review meetings and prepare MOM, progress reports, and management updates.
Manage client comments, technical queries, design changes, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company project procedures.
Lead project teams and ensure effective resource utilisation.
Ensure successful project completion within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering or related field.
8–15 years of relevant experience in engineering consultancy, EPC, industrial projects, or similar engineering organizations.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management.
Strong experience in multidisciplinary engineering project execution.
Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Office is preferred.
