Structural Integrity Assessment of Maxus Widuri Process Platform presented by ZEE Engineering Consultants.
Presented by ZEE Engineering Consultants Pte Ltd., in collaboration with PT Wirazee Adhi & YPF Maxus Southeast Sumatra Inc., this study focused on the structural integrity assessment of the Maxus Widuri Process Platform. The assessment included fatigue and corrosion analysis, load capacity evaluation, and risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies to ensure the platform's continued safety and operational efficiency. Advanced finite element analysis (FEA) and structural monitoring techniques were utilized to identify critical areas requiring maintenance or reinforcement. The findings and recommendations aimed to enhance the platform’s longevity, compliance with industry standards, and overall structural reliability in offshore operations.
