Overview
The main objective of the project is to enhance the production capacity and operational efficiency of the FPSO SEAGOOD 1 through structural jumbofication and comprehensive modification of its processing systems. This project aims to extend the vessel's operational life, increase hydrocarbon processing capacity, and align the unit with current field development plans and regulatory requirements.
Crude Separation Train: Installation of an additional separator or upgrade of existing separator capacity to handle higher throughput.
Gas Handling System: Revamp of gas compression and dehydration units to accommodate increased gas volumes and maintain export/injection specs.
Produced Water Treatment: Upgrading the produced water treatment unit to handle increased volumes while ensuring environmental discharge compliance.
Heating and Cooling Systems: Modification or replacement of heat exchangers, coolers, and associated piping to match new process demands.
Chemical Injection Systems: Expansion of chemical storage and injection capabilities to support enhanced oil recovery and flow assurance.
Instrumentation and Control Systems: Integration of new instrumentation and automation systems for improved control, monitoring, and safety.
