Overview
Based on Risk Assessment studies the OOA Platform & its associated pipeline will be installed at the Terminal area (Terminal Khusus) operated by PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional/KPI RU VI Balongan has resulted MODERATE RISK / ALARP (As Low As Reasonable Practicable) during operations and HIGH RISK during construction. PT PHE ONWJ/PHE ONWJ thru the Decision Note Package ref. Letter No. 1360/PEP60000/2022-S0 ref. Permohonan Persetujuan Usulan Keputusan Penempatan Anjungan OOA PT PHE ONWJ di dalam Terminal Khusus PT Pertamina (Persero) Balongan, Proyek Pengembangan Lapangan OO-OX PHE OWNJ Subholding Upstream dated 28 December 2022 has been proposed to and agreed by KPI ref. based on Letter no. 006/KPI40000/2023-S2 ref. Penempatan Anjungan OOA PT. PHE ONWJ di Terminal Khusus PT. Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU VI Balongan dated 20 January 2023; to relocate the existing VI/KPI SPM 35,000 DWT RU position to safe distance between two (2) Offshore Facilities/Assets to mitigate against the marine operational risks and routine operation activities throughout its service live(s).
