Overview
Oil & natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), and BG Exploration and Production India Limited (BGEPIL) are joint operators of the Panna-Mukta offshore oil and gas fields, Located in the Arabian Sea off the west coast of India near Mumbai. The Panna Field lies approximately 95 km Northwest of Mumbai, in an average water depth of 154 feet (47 meters).

The panna and mukta fields together comprise Twelve wellhead Platforms and a central Processing Platform (PPA). The PPA is bridge-connected to the PA Wellhead platform to the east, the PQ living quarters platform to the north, and the PFP flare platform to the South.
Additionally, a new Single Point Mooring (SPM) system has been installed to enhance offshore crude handling and export capabilities, improving operational efficiency and ensuring safer, more flexible offloading operations.
