Biodiesel loading - unloading facility

Overview

As part of business development strategy, PT Petromine Energy Trading (hereafter called COMPANY) plan to expand the current existing unloading facility (75,000 CBM diesel storage terminal) by constructing the new loading and unloading system, including associated onshore facility at Sangatta, Kutai Timur, East Kalimantan (hereafter called PROJECT).

Engineering Services

Onshore Work:

• Process (line sizing, FAME and biosolar tank sizing, pump sizing, tank venting PSV sizing, P&ID, PFD)
• Piping (pipe wall thk, piping stress, standard pipe support)
• Mechanical (FAME tank mech strength, bio solar tank mech strength, equipment list and layout)
• Instrument (F&G system, CCTV system, PLC system, I/O list, cable schedule, cause & effect diagram)
• Electrical (load list, graounding and lighting protection, voltage drop & cable sizing, UPS & battery sizing, single line diagram, hazardous area classification, lighting panel schedule) 
• Civil (Road, Drainage, Pavement, Foundation and Building Modification)
